The RISE program is the pathway beyond community rugby league for aspiring players.
The combination of increased playing opportunities and structured training programs is designed to support ongoing participation in community rugby league while preparing our male and female players for future pathway opportunities.

- Girls: Under 14 & Under 16
- Boys: Under 13, Under 14 & Under 15
RISE is your entry point to the Rebel State Development Series, designed to hone your skills and elevate your game. For a program fee of $165.00 participants receive:
- Five 2-hour skill development sessions
- Comprehensive player apparel package, including a shirt, shorts, and a hat
- A specialized Strength & Conditioning program
- Life-Fit education, integrating sports with healthy lifestyle choices
- Accreditation for your specific age group
- The opportunity to represent your age group in the Rebel State Development Series

2024 RISE Program Expansion: RISE will now include participants from both the Brisbane North, and Redcliffe catchments, offering more players the chance to develop and compete.
