To provide opportunities for females in the 16+ year age bracket offering a structured pathway to support their coaching and development into Norths HN & BMD squads, and progression through to Brisbane Broncos Academy program.

Junior Affiliate Tournaments
ALP Shield
The ALP Shield is our annual Under7's tournament bringing together players for all junior clubs in North Brisbane!
Darryl Brohman Cup
The Darryl Brohman Cup is our annual Under10's tournament with players coming from all of our junior affilaite clubs.
Cyril Connell Cup U16s
The Cyril Connell Cup Under16s is our elite U16s team made up from players in our Northern Brisbane footprint across all of our junior clubs. This program offers players an opportunity to hone their skills in a professional environment.
Mal Meninga Cup U18s
The Mal Meninga Cup is the elite Under 18s competition in QLD and gives players of this age group a chance to further their Rugby League development.
Coaching Development
Local coaches are given the opportunity to attend our training sessions and learn from our experience staff. We also run a Coaching Intensive course each off-season which is an event packed full of learning opportunities for aspiring coaches.
Through these programs, Norths Devils also strive to continually educate our coaches and allow them to learn and grow. Our Coaching Information booklet gives new coaches a basis to coaching.
