Norths Devils RLFC x Bob Jane T-Marts Toombul Raffle
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Norths Devils Rugby League Football Club Inc. (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The raffle is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
The prize consists of one (1) set of wheels and tyres, up to a maximum retail value of $3,500 AUD, supplied by Bob Jane T-Marts Toombul.
The winner must own, or have the authority to nominate, a roadworthy passenger vehicle that can be fitted with the selected wheels and tyres. Final wheel and tyre selection is subject to vehicle compatibility and fitment requirements as determined by Bob Jane T-Marts Toombul.
If the winner selects wheels and tyres with a retail value exceeding $3,500 AUD, they will be responsible for paying the difference directly to Bob Jane T-Marts Toombul.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
3. Ticket Sales
- Tickets are $10.00 AUD each.
- A maximum of 1,700 tickets will be available for sale.
- Ticket sales open on the date the raffle is launched and close at 3:00 pm (AEST) on Saturday, 18 July 2026, or earlier if all 1,700 tickets are sold.
- Any tickets purchased after 3:00 pm (AEST) on Saturday, 18 July 2026, or after all 1,700 tickets have been sold, will not be entered into the raffle.
4. Draw Details
The raffle draw will take place at half-time of the Higgins Services Hostplus Cup match between the Norths Devils and Northern Pride during the Forza Global Deadly 1440 Indigenous Round on Saturday, 18 July 2026, at Premiers’ Park, Norths Devils Rugby League Football Club, Cnr Amelia & Franklin Street, Nundah QLD 4012.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to be eligible to win.
5. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and announced via the Norths Devils’ official social media channels on Monday, 20 July 2026.
6. Prize Collection
The winner must contact the Promoter within thirty (30) days of being notified to arrange redemption of the prize.
The prize will be redeemed through Bob Jane T-Marts Toombul. The winner will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for vehicle fitment and prize redemption.
Any costs associated with redeeming the prize that exceed the maximum prize value of $3,500 AUD, or are not specifically included in the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within thirty (30) days of the winner being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
If required, the redraw will take place as follows:
- Date: Friday, 21 August 2026
- Time: 10:00 am (AEST)
- Location: Premiers’ Park, Norths Devils Rugby League Football Club, Cnr Amelia & Franklin Street, Nundah QLD 4012.
The redraw winner will be notified by email and announced via the Norths Devils’ official social media channels.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this raffle will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By entering the raffle, entrants consent to the Promoter contacting them regarding the raffle and publishing the winner’s name where required by law.
9. General Conditions
- By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
- If the advertised prize, or any part of the prize, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the raffle where required by law or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance or use of the prize.
- All decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the raffle are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
