Born on March 25, 1993, in Westmead, New South Wales, Jacob Gagan is a seasoned rugby league centre and winger, currently bringing his experience to the Norths Devils in the Hostplus Cup. Standing at 184 cm and weighing 94 kg, Gagan began his rugby league journey with the Cabramatta Two Blues, where he played his junior football.

Gagan’s professional career commenced with the Parramatta Eels’ NYC team from 2010 to 2012, during which he earned selection for the Australian Schoolboys in 2010. He then had stints with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, making his NRL debut with the Sharks in 2014. Subsequent years saw him play for the Newcastle Knights and the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the NRL, as well as FC Lézignan in the Elite One Championship in France.

In 2021, Gagan joined the Norths Devils, making an immediate impact by helping the team secure the Queensland Cup Grand Final victories in both 2021 and 2022. His outstanding performance in the 2022 Grand Final earned him the Duncan Hall Medal as the player of the match. By 2024, Gagan had reached the milestone of 50 games for the Devils, demonstrating his consistent contributions to the team.
