While these allocations make a number of top-tier athletes eligible to represent their respective feeder teams, it’s important to note that we may not see all of them suit up for the Devils. Even so, it’s exciting to have such high-calibre talent aligned with the club as the 2025 season unfolds.
Many familiar faces have been re-allocated to the Norths Devils, with some new talent also being made potentially eligible throughout the season.
The Devils faithfuls will be thrilled to see Oryn Keeley return after his State Title Player of the Match performance last year. A key force in the forward pack, Keeley’s defensive grit and powerful running were instrumental in the Devils’ premiership run.
Joining him again is Mason Teague, a reliable starter whose work rate and control through the middle laid the foundation for the Devils’ success. His consistency in high-pressure moments helped shape the team’s dominance.
In addition, a plethora of representative players and NRL stars have once again been allocated to Norths, with Herbie Farnworth, Isaiya Katoa, Kodi Nikorima and Connelly Lemuelu all having donned the sky blue and gold in past seasons. Their ongoing alignment signals the strong relationship between the NRL Dolphins and the Norths Devils program.
Herbie Farnworth, now a bona fide superstar in the NRL, was imported from the UK and began his career playing through the Devils’ system both for our Mal Meninga Cup and previous U21’s Colts teams before making his QLD Cup debut and moving onto NRL stardom. His exceptional talent became evident early on, as he scored 20 tries in just 16 games during the 2019 Qld Cup season.
The current captain of the NRL Dolphins, Tom Gilbert, is also a significant re-allocation for the Devils. Before he left Brisbane to play for the North Queensland Cowboys and the Townsville Blackhawks, Gilbert was a junior Devil, learning his craft right here at Bishop Park.
Below are the full player allocations for the 2025 season, highlighting potential eligibility—though appearances may vary. Regardless of how often we see them on the field, the alignment of these players with the Devils adds another layer of excitement and depth to the competition.
