Six Devils selected in QLD U18 Emerging Origin squad

This morning the QRL announced the Under 18 Emerging Origin squad which features six Norths Devils players who competed in this years Auswide Bank MMC competition.

The Devils would like to congratulate Tory Bath, Liam Le Blanc, Karl Oloapu, Tyreece Tait, Darcy Turner, and Kallum Weatherall-Stacey on their selection.

A group of eligible players from across the state were not included in the 18s squad announced today as they will be part of the Queensland 19s Origin training squad to be announced next week.

The selection comes off the back of a superb season for our U18s team who were narrowly defeated in the semi-final of the competition last week.

The Devils congratulate these young players on a prestigious achievement and wish them all the best as part of the Emerging Origin program.
