About the Role
The Football Operations Manager is responsible for running and managing the day to day operations of the club.
The role will contribute to the rugby league program delivery by providing high-level support to the coaching staff through leading and managing of operational needs across the club. The role also works closely alongside the CEO and football administration staff daily to implement and deliver on the strategic outcomes for both the club and the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Game day management
- Team logistics
- Manage correct use of equipment and facilities
- Work alongside coaching staff to organise training and playing requirements
- Liaise with QRL to ensure we follow competition guidelines at all times
- Work with junior clubs and schools alongside development officer

About You
You will be a self-starter and have a tone of energy to perform in your role every day – you can even keep fit by using the Club gym! You will have a leadership style that people naturally want to follow and an operational brain that can solve a problem before it even occurs – so you need to be a mind reader!
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop meaningful relationships with a diverse range of participants and stakeholders. You will also have strong planning and organisational skills when working alone or with the team.
