League-FIT fan fitness program – expressions of interest!

In conjunction with the Queensland University of Technology, the club will be soon hosting a weight loss program for our male supporters.

The program runs for 12-weeks and will include a 90-minute session, once a week. Each session will have two parts, 1) an education session covering things like healthy eating, physical activity, setting goals; 2) a physical activity session based around rugby league.

The program is looking for men aged 35-65 who have a BMI greater than 28. As part of the program, you will receive a training t-shirt, a fitness tracker and a $25 Coles voucher on completion of the program.

The program is aiming to begin in August and will take place at the club, with Devils coaches and players being a part of the running of sessions.

If you are interested in the program, and meet the criteria, then please use the contact details below to receive further information and to check eligibility. As a starting point, please use the below online calculator, if you do not know your BMI.
