Players train through cancelled season

Much of the Devils playing group has continued training throughout this year, despite the cancellation of the state competitions in March.

Devils staff have been impressed by the determination and attitude of the players who have continued attending the club to train out of their own volition.

This includes players from all three grades who have taken the opportunity to work on their skills and keep fit until preseason begins for 2021.

With most players already working full time jobs and no statewide competitions they would be forgiven for not being motivated to continue footy training with little or no financial compensation.

The weekly turnout to training sessions is a testament to the players dedication to improving as athletes, as well as their love of the game.

The Devils are very proud of the strong bonds between the players and staff that keeps the club working together even through tough times.
