Returning Players
Jack Ahearn
Jack had an extremely impressive first season at Norths in 2018, producing 8 tries, 15 try assists and 52 tackle breaks from his 23 games at the number 1 position. It was only fitting he was named Norths Player of the Year.
Paul Ulberg
The dynamic winger had a solid season in 2018 and is a great re-signing after scoring 6 tries despite sitting out a large portion of the season with a leg injury. He also scored what would be the winning try in a close game against the Blackhawks in Round 21. Paul was named the ISC teams Most Improved Player in 2018.
Luke Pollock
Luke’s resigning will be well received by Norths fans. He has proven himself to be hard working and reliable in the centres. Luke also won the 2018 Fan Player of the Year.
Brandon Lee
Brandon worked hard for Norths in his 12 appearances in 2018 and is a solid addition to the squad. One of our most consistent performers, we can’t wait to see him back in the blue and gold in 2019.
Calum Gahan
Calum started 2018 strongly before being forced to sit out the second half of the season with injury. He is an electric young hooker that will be looking to make waves in 2019.
Moses Noovao-McGreal
Moses adds great depth to our 2019 line-up. Mo was a consistent hard worker for us throughout 2018, we look forward to what 2019 will bring for him!
Jamayne Taunoa-Brown
A powerful young player with a lot of talent, he’ll be a big part of our 2019 season. Welcome back Jamayne!
Riley Leota
Another hard working young player, Riley featured heavily in our team in the second half of last season and will no doubt build on that next year
Oshae Tuiasau
Oshae was a force to reckon with in 2018, establishing himself as one of the leaders of the pack. Look out for an even bigger impact in 2019!
