Devils win 2018 Club Championship

The Norths Devils were awarded the 2018 Club Championship at last night’s QRL awards night. Our first club championship since 2010.

Although the ISC team narrowly missed making the final, finishing 8th, both the Mal Meninga Cup and Hastings Deering Colts teams finished in the top 2.

The Club Championship is a reflection of overall achievement across the club and is a testament to the hard work of the many staff and players at Norths.

Well done to all of our Intrust Super Cup, Colts and U18 players and coaching staff.

John Palavi, Jack Aheard, and Jamayne Taunoa-Brown were nominated for Lock of the Year, Fullback of the Year, and Rookie of the Year respectively. Palavi finishing a close second to Redcliffe Jamil Hopoate. Congratulations to these players on very deserving nominations.
